GGPoker is sending one lucky member of the r/poker Reddit community to Las Vegas to play in the 2026 WSOP Main Event, in keeping with recent tradition.

Last year, the operator sent Remi Alamin to the WSOP Main Event, where he represented the Reddit community and bravely battled through Day 1.

This year, Aleksandar Kozomara had even more success, as he won a seat in the WSOPE Main Event in Prague and made it all the way to Day 3, cashing for €12,500 and having a real shot at a very deep run.

Now, GGPoker is giving you a chance to be the next r/poker member to play in Las Vegas, completely free, through a series of freeroll tournaments.

The winner of the r/poker Goes to WSOP Las Vegas promotion will receive a $10,000 bracelet pass, giving them free entry into the world’s biggest poker fiesta.

Calling on All Poker Redditors

r/poker is a Reddit community with more than 300,000 members. It is one of the best sources of poker knowledge, where players go to exchange strategy tips, celebrity player gossip, or last night’s bad beat stories.

All r/poker members whose accounts are in good standing can now join the r/poker Goes to Las Vegas promotion and have a chance to win their WSOP Main Event seat completely free.

The only requirements are an active Reddit account in good standing at r/poker, a verified GGPoker account, and an age of at least 21.

If you fall into this category, keep reading and find out how you can win your seat in this year’s Main Event.

Three Heats, One Finale, One Dream

The r/poker Goes to Las Vegas promotion is fast-paced and straightforward. One player will get the ultimate package, but the entire community gets three unique opportunities to compete.

Throughout May, three turbo qualifying heats will play out. The first one has already been played on May 14, with May 21 and May 28 heats still on the schedule, both at 09:00 PM UTC.

The tournaments are completely free to enter, and all you will need is a password, which will be posted within 90 minutes before the start on r/poker and r/GGPoker.

Once you have the password, simply register for the freebuy tournament and jump into action. If you happen to bust out in the early going, you can rebuy for just $2.
If you finish in the top 75 of any of the three qualifying heats, you will win your way to The Grand Finale, scheduled for June 4 at 09:00 PM UTC.

225 players will enter The Grand Finale, and one lucky winner will walk away with the $10,000 bracelet pass and their shot at poker immortality.

To make sure the runners-up don’t feel completely left out, GGPoker is awarding players who finish in positions 2-5 with a $150 WSOP Express Step 4 ticket, another chance to win the Main Event seat and compete in Las Vegas this year.

Your Chance to Be the Hero of r/poker

The idea behind the r/poker Goes to Las Vegas promotion is about more than just sending another online qualifier to the Main Event.

Unlike hundreds of other qualifiers, the winner of this promotion will be going to Las Vegas to represent one of the most active poker communities in the world.

With more than 300,000 members from all parts of the world, r/poker is a vibrant community. This summer, they will all be cheering on the winner of r/poker Goes to Las Vegas, as they make their way through thousands of players on a quest to make the coveted final table.

GGPoker only recently started sending poker Redditors to WSOP events, and Aleksandar Kozomara has already had decent success in Prague, hinting at the future success of r/poker qualifiers.

If you are fortunate enough to win this coveted seat, remember you will be going to Las Vegas to play for yourself, but also to represent a poker community that has helped build up many of today’s best poker players.
