PokerStars Spin & Go Max Player Turns $25 Into Half a Million as Jackpot Run Continues

PokerStars’ run of big Spin & Go jackpots has continued, with another UK online poker player turning a $25 entry into a $500,000 first prize after a 26,000x multiplier landed in Spin & Go Max.

The player, “visiontechno,” was one of six players seated at the table on September 12 when the jackpot multiplier was randomly selected. The six-handed format is one of several possible table sizes in Spin & Go Max, which can feature anywhere from three to eight players.

The 26,000x multiplier is the highest available at the $25 buy-in level for a six-handed game. It has odds of just 1 in 1 million, according to PokerStars’ published payout table. There was no cashout option attached to the jackpot.

While visiontechno collected $500,000 for first place, the other five players also received sizeable payouts. Second place paid $60,000, third $40,000, fourth $25,000, fifth $16,250, and sixth $8,750.

That brought the total amount distributed in the jackpot sit and go game to $650,000, with the $500,000 winner accounting for the majority of the prize pool.

Another Big Jackpot

The Spin & Go Max result comes after an unusually active period for PokerStars’ traditional Spin & Go games.

Three players became millionaires through $5 Spin & Go jackpots between July 17 and August 12. Each game hit the 240,000x multiplier, creating a $1.2 million prize pool. The odds of hitting that multiplier are one in 10 million.

The first came on July 17, when Denmark’s “dillerfar19” turned a $5 entry into a $1 million first prize. Brazil’s “malakaio300” finished second for $120,000, while Belarus’ “KuCoH” received $80,000.

Nine days later, Argentina’s “Anatsuk334” became the second millionaire after another $5 Spin & Go produced the 240,000x multiplier. Switzerland’s “StephanShakes” took $120,000 for second, while Ukraine’s “GrozovaIra” collected $80,000 for third.

The third jackpot arrived on August 12. The $5 game again produced a $1.2 million prize pool, with the UK’s “Gwaugh1” taking the $1 million first prize. Hungary’s “Kepes897” finished second for $120,000, while Denmark’s “g3t real” took third for $80,000.

It was an unusual run for a jackpot that is rarely seen. PokerStars recorded just two $1.2 million Spin & Go jackpots throughout 2024 and one in 2025. The three jackpots between July and August therefore matched the combined total from the previous two years.

The latest Spin & Go Max jackpot does not reach the same seven-figure level, but it adds another six-figure result to the operator’s recent run of large lottery-style sit & go prizes.

PokerStars’ jackpot run also saw action in the US market this summer. On July 16, a Pennsylvania player “Jesuz1sBlac” won $250,000 from a $50 Spin & Go on PokerStars on FanDuel, adding another sizeable jackpot to the operator’s recent run. The game produced a 5,000x multiplier, with the winner taking the full $250,000 first prize.

GGPoker Sees Its Own Run

PokerStars is not the only major operator to have recorded several large jackpot hits in a relatively short period.

GGPoker’s Spin & Gold produced two $1 million jackpots on consecutive days, July 11 and 12. Both came in $200 buy-in games and used the 5,000x multiplier, which has odds of 30 in 10 million.

Another $1 million Spin & Gold jackpot came on September 7. It was the 13th million-dollar jackpot awarded by GGPoker in 2026 and the 38th since Spin & Gold was introduced.

The frequency has been considerably higher at GGPoker than at PokerStars, although its million-dollar jackpots have all come at higher buy-in levels where the odds of hitting the top multiplier are considerably better. All 13 of GGPoker’s million-dollar Spin & Gold jackpots in 2026 have come in the three-handed format, with the operator also recording several large jackpots at lower buy-ins.

For PokerStars, the latest $500,000 Spin & Go Max jackpot adds another notable result to a year that has already produced three $1 million Spin & Go winners in less than a month.
