Players outside the US can now finally qualify for the WSOP 2024 as GGPoker has kicked off its “Road to Vegas 2024” campaign starting today.
Although GGPoker has not formally announced this promotion, online qualifiers are already listed on the client and well underway, with buy-ins starting at just $20. These qualifiers are expected to continue until the end of June.
This upcoming Sunday, 20 WSOP 2024 Main Event packages, totaling $240,000, are guaranteed, with round-the-clock qualifiers. Each package, valued at $12,000, includes:
- $10,000 WSOP 2024 Main Event seat
- $1000 for accommodations
- $1000 credited to the GGPoker account for other expenses
- Access to the GGPoker Platinum Lounge
- GG Merchandise and gift package
- Or get up to $100 worth of rewards
- Available in many regulated markets
- Great MTT schedule including WSOP events
Currently, step-satellites run throughout the day, with the lowest buy-in set at $20. In the forthcoming days, GGPoker is expected to make the qualifiers even more accessible, with prices dropping to as low as $1.
Each $20 step-satellite ensures entry to the $150 buy-in Step, which in turn guarantees access to the final qualification step, Main Event Mania, requiring a $1200 buy-in. This final step guarantees a minimum of 20 WSOP ME packages and will take place every Sunday for the next couple of months.
Players can also qualify for the $1200 final step through the operator’s innovative Express satellites, which are rake-free and offer a swift route to qualifying the target event. These buy-ins typically cost 1/4th or half the buy-in of the target event.
Additionally, GGPoker will also host freerolls for the qualifiers, providing players with a chance to win a coveted seat at no cost.
Players also have the opportunity to win Road to Vegas packages by participating in the ongoing WSOP Super Circuit Series, which commenced last Sunday. The series boasts yet another $100 million in prize money, headlined by 18 WSOP Gold Circuit Rings, with the Main Event promising $10 million for a buy-in of $525.
Throughout the duration of the series, GGPoker will distribute $2 million worth of free tickets. These ticket distributions feature a variety of Road to Vegas seats, including the coveted Main Event package. Importantly, these packages are randomly awarded, meaning players do not necessarily need to run deep into the tournament to claim them.
Fourth Year of Road to Vegas Packages
This marks the fourth consecutive year GGPoker is facilitating online satellites to help players qualify for the world’s richest poker tournament. Last year, the operator qualified 744 players to the Main Event, representing over 7% of the field. Additionally, qualifiers were conducted at GGPoker Ontario, a segregated room in collaboration with WSOP.
This year, GGPoker is committed to surpassing its previous efforts.
As announced last month, both GGPoker and WSOP.com have committed to sending nearly 1500 players to the 2024 WSOP Main Event, with hopes of achieving yet another record-breaking turnout. Of this quota, GGPoker has pledged to send 1000 players, while WSOP in the US aims to qualify more than 450 players.
Similar to past years, players also have the option to directly buy into the Main Event via the GGPoker platform. Any player who qualifies through GGPoker or opts for direct buy-ins to the WSOP 2024 Main Event through the GGPoker platform must adhere to wearing a GGPoker patch throughout the tournament.
Packages are non-transferable, but players unable to attend the WSOP Main Event will receive T$12,000 in exchange for their entry. If players win multiple packages, subsequent ones will be exchanged for tournament dollars.

Meanwhile, WSOP.com in the US kicked off qualifiers and satellites to the Main Event last month, guaranteeing at least a dozen seats each month across WSOP NJ, WSOP MI, WSOP NV and WSOP PA.
The 55th annual World Series of Poker returns to the Las Vegas strip at the Horseshoe & Paris Las Vegas from May 28 to July 17. The $10K WSOP 2024 Main Event commences on Wednesday, July 3.
