The holiday season is a time of giving, and GGPoker Ontario has not forgotten that, as the operator is running its biggest-ever real money Ontario online poker tournament series.
WSOP’s Winter Circuit is already underway, with a handful of events in the books, the first of which launched on December 4.
The series will run until January 9, 2023, and will award 18 WSOPC Gold Rings and at least $5,000,000 in cash prizes, doubling up on the promise for the inaugural Circuit Series in October.

WSOP Winter Circuit at GGPoker.ca: Schedule Highlights
The WSOP Winter Circuit Series will run until January 9 and feature hundreds of smaller tournaments alongside the 18 WSOPC Ring Events on the schedule.
The buy-ins for the ring events range from $50 to $2100, and several satellite tournaments are already running, giving everyone a chance to join the prestigious WSOPC events.
Some of the most notable events of the series that are yet to take place and may be a good idea to look into include:
- 365 Show Giant NLH – $50,000 Gtd on December 12
- 50 Big 50 Ontario MILLION$ Bounty Fest – $150,000 Gtd on December 18
- 400 Holiday PLOSSUS Bounty Fest – $100,000 Gtd on December 19
- 400 Christmas Colossus NLH – $200,000 Gtd on December 26
- 210 New Year’s Mystery Bounty – $202,300 Gtd on January 2
- 525 WSOP Winter Circuit Main Event – $300,000 Gtd on January 9
As you probably guessed, all the most significant events of the series will feature several starting days. They will conclude with all the remaining players from various Day 1s joining for Day 2 action.
The guaranteed prize pools offered by GGPoker Ontario will be some of the biggest offered at any online poker platform in the province this year, alongside giving players a shot at winning WSOP hardware from the comfort of their homes.
The winners of all 18 Ring events will also qualify for a $1,000,000 Freeroll, to be played in Las Vegas at an unspecified date, making every tournament entry much more valuable.
