The World Series of Poker has come out with more information about its latest dealer rating feature. There will be $100,000 in bonus cash added, spread across all 100 bracelet events.
The top three rated dealers in each event will get to split $1,000, and ratings refresh for every event, so every tournament starts with a clean slate.
Opinions are still divided within the poker community, but adding some extra cash for the hard-working folks that make the series tick certainly helps.

Lilian Welch has been a familiar face at the Grosvenor G Casino in Blackpool for 14 years, but now she can add a new title to her collection: 888poker UKPL Blackpool Main Event champion.
At 83 years old, Welch outlasted a field of 318 entries to claim ÂŁ31,390, the biggest score of her career.
The £560 buy-in event saw a prize pool of £151,050 and paid 38 spots, with notable players like Brandon Sheils and 888poker Ambassador Ian Simpson making the money. Welch’s win shows that sometimes, playing for fun is the best strategy of all.

After almost twenty years at PokerStars, Joe Stapleton (who, pun not intended, really has been a staple in the ever-changing roster at Stars) has parted ways with the company. Where he lands next remains to be seen, but we are sure it won’t be long until an announcement is made.GGPoker keeps shattering its own records, most recently hitting over 900,000 players online at the same time during the opening of its GG World Festival.
The site first announced 700,000 concurrent players, then 800,000, and finally crossed the 900,000 mark as the day went on.
The GG World Festival is offering $300 million in guaranteed prize money and runs through June 9. Even on weekdays, GGPoker is boasting over 400,000 concurrent players, a number its competitors can only dream of.
