PokerStars has now transformed into the PokerStars Network.

Betfair is the first brand to join the new network, ditching iPoker and rebranding as PokerStars on Betfair. Later this year, Paddy Power and Sky Poker are set to follow.

Rumors about PokerStars scrapping its own software and moving to iPoker have swirled for years, especially after Sky Bet and PokerStars’ North American operations shifted software.

As Anuj reports, those rumors can finally be “put to bed.” The iconic PokerStars software, along with signature tournaments like Sunday Million and WCOOP, isn’t going anywhere.

“The PokerStars software, which has been live since 2001, is staying. So too are the iconic PokerStars brands and products.”
