American players on WSOP Online will not be limited to playing just the online bracelet events or the online circuit series this fall. They will also have the chance to compete in the WSOP Online Championships series.

Starting on September 28, the WSOP Online Championships will take place over a seven-week period, offering nearly $4 million in guaranteed prize pools. This figure will be distributed across 173 tournaments, including a Main Event with a $200 buy-in and a $200,000 guarantee.

With such a broad and inclusive schedule, the WSOP Online Championships has something for every type of player. Buy-ins begin as low as $20, ensuring accessibility, while on the opposite end of the scale, there are eight high roller tournaments that come with buy-ins of $1,000.

This will mark only the second time that the Online Championships series is spread across four states: Nevada, New Jersey, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. It will fully coincide with the fall online bracelets offering 33 in total from September 28 to November 11.

WSOP Online Championships Fall 2025 At a Glance:

  • Runs from Sep 28 to Nov 9
  • Nearly $4M guaranteed
  • 173 tournaments
  • $200,000 guaranteed Main Event
  • Available to players in NV, NJ, MI & PA

Still, despite the multi-state shared liquidity network, the guarantees may feel somewhat modest when compared to the same series running during the same timeframe last year or the summer, which boasted between $5 to $5.5 million guarantees. Even so, the $4 million in total guarantees is still a significant figure, and it stands as the largest series among all regulated US online poker operators.

Unlike the bracelet events, every single tournament in the Online Championships comes with a guaranteed prize pool, most of which fall in the range of $10,000 to $100,000.

As expected, the majority of the schedule centers on No-Limit Hold’em tournaments, covering a regular rotation of formats including turbo, 6-max, progressive knockout (PKO), and deepstack structures. There is also a selection of Pot-Limit Omaha (PLO) tournaments, as well as several Mystery Bounty events — all with buy-ins above $55.

The Main Event itself will feature a $500 buy-in and carry a $200,000 guaranteed prize pool, scheduled for November 9. As in previous years, the winner of the Main Event will be awarded the coveted Championship belt. Accompanying the flagship event is a Mini Main Event, which comes with a $55 buy-in and a $40,000 guarantee.

In addition to the $200,000 guaranteed Main Event, six more tournaments will each carry a $150,000 guarantee. All six of these will serve as Sunday Major tournaments, each with a $215 buy-in.

For players with deeper pockets, eight $1,000 buy-in events are included on the schedule. Six of these will be Mystery Bounty events, while the remaining two will be non-bounty No-Limit Hold’em tournaments.

Consistency in Tournament Offerings

One area where WSOP consistently stands out is its reliability in delivering structured, recurring tournament series. While other operators often run series sporadically or without fixed slots, WSOP maintains a regular calendar. Every month, they host the Online Circuit series, which comes in three different formats: the standard circuit with 12 rings, a Super Circuit held every three to four months featuring 18 rings, and the Mega Circuit, which offers 24 rings and runs twice annually. On top of these, WSOP also runs its well-known online bracelet series, one held each summer alongside the live series and another in the fall — with the latest one also kicking off on September 28.

The Online Championships series itself is held once every season, amounting to four editions each year.

Taken together, WSOP claims it will award a total of $10 million in prize money across all of its online series this fall.

“With more than $10 million in guarantees, the 2025 WSOP Online fall domestic schedule promises something for every type of poker player,” said Danielle Barille, Vice President of Online Poker at Caesars Digital, in a recent press release.

In the regulated US online poker market, no competitor comes close to matching WSOP in terms of the number of tournament series and the scale of guarantees. PokerStars, which was once a leader with its COOP festivals, has slowed down in recent years and is presumably holding back for a major relaunch. They will not be running a COOP series this year, instead opting to introduce a new series in late November, while promising that COOP will return in 2026 on an even larger scale.

Meanwhile, BetMGM Poker is stepping up, currently running its largest-ever Online Championships with $3 million in guaranteed prize pools.

At the same time, BetRivers Poker has just entered the mix with its inaugural Poker Championship series, which features $500,000 in guarantees.
