How to Get Into Invitational Freerolls

Players in each of the three states where partypoker brands have a license—Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Michigan—will have their opportunity to jump into the Invitational Freerolls and win entries into the various End Boss Series events.

To enter the Freerolls, players must accumulate 50 iRewards Points by playing in cash games or tournaments on the platform. At a rate of 5.6 iRPs per $1 paid in rake, it takes less than just $8.93 in rake to get an invitation for the Freeroll.

All iRPs earned between November 13 and 20 will count towards the invitations, which give entry directly into the Freerolls on November 21 at 4:00 pm. So all players can still qualify. Even if you don’t have an account yet, you have more than enough time to sign up and play the small amount needed to get your ticket.

Once in the Freeroll, players will have a chance to win one of the valuable prizes, with top 50 finishers in each freeroll receiving a prize.

The top five finishers will all get $1,060 tickets, good for the big Main Event. In total, over $10k will be paid out in tickets to all players in each state.

What is the End Boss Series?

Running across all three licensed BetMGM Poker rooms in the US from November 23 to 30, the End Boss Series is the first ever tournament series that will feature the company’s new brand ambassador Darren Elias in his new role.

The series will kick off with a $535 8-max NLH event that will feature guarantees between $30k and $40k in the three states and proceed to include one event each day, with PLO, progressive knockout, and 6-max NLH all in the mix.

The Main Event of the series will happen on Sunday, November 28, and will feature a $1,050 buyin with a $100k guarantee in Michigan and Pennsylvania, and a $150k guarantee in New Jersey, all increases compared to the Main Events of the recent series organized by the same operator.

Luke Staudenmaier, BetMGM’s Director of Poker referred to the Series: “We’re thrilled to introduce The End Boss Poker Series to our players. During the development process, we worked closely with Darren, a poker legend, to ensure that the series was accessible to those celebrating the holiday weekend and created with the entire partypoker US Network in mind, from our recreational players to our most competitive players.”

To reward the “End Boss” in each state, BetMGM will be giving away two nights stay at the Borgata Hotel and Spa to the player who eliminates Darren Elias from the NJ Main Event, as well as entry into a special New Year PKO event to the winners of each Main Event.

Players in all three states will also have a chance to enjoy plenty of tournament action in late November: PokerStars are also running their first US series since September, with $2 million in prize pools guaranteed across the PokerStars Fall Fest that starts on November 20.

The BetMGM End Boss Series Invitational Freeroll is this Sunday, November 21. Players have until the end of Saturday to earn the 50 iRPs to get a ticket. The End Boss Series itself starts November 23 and ends November 30.
