The summer edition of the 2025 WSOP Online took place May 31 – July 15, featuring 30 bracelet-awarding events. This was the first online series where players from all four states where WSOP Online operates, namely Michigan, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Nevada, will play together, which means we can expect the biggest tournament fields we’ve seen so far.
There was a wide range of buy-ins, with the cheapest events available at $250, while the most expensive ones cost $5,300 to enter. The 2025 WSOP Online caters to all player types, from casuals looking to take a shot at a bracelet to hardcore professionals.
The overall schedule largely resembles the last year’s one. The biggest change was the addition of more Mystery Bounty events as there are five on the docket, featuring $5.5 million in guarantees in total.
The 2025 WSOP Online schedule also featured five hybrid events. In these tournaments, the action started online, but once the play gets down to the final table, it switches to the live setting.
With the 2025 Online WSOP combining players from all four states, it was the largest one so far, both in terms of total entries and overall prizes.
The 2025 WSOP Online Bracelet Series got off to a strong start, with solid turnout across the events. The series opened with a $400 buy-in No-Limit Holdโem Kick-Off, which saw 2,206 entries, creating a prize pool of $794,160. Event #2, a $1 million guaranteed NLH Mystery Bounty at $555 buy-in, also performed well, attracting over 2,500 players and generating a prize pool of $1,275,500.
Other events that have performed well included the $888 NLH Crazy 8’s, which drew 920 entrants for a prize pool of $736,000, and the $333 NLH Triple Treys, which saw more than 2,000 entries and a prize pool of $635,400. The $250 buy-in NLH Mystery Bounty was the standout, drawing 7,623 entries across all its flights, but unfortunately, technical issues forced the cancellation of the event.
The $1,000 NLH 6-Max pulled in 1,107 players, falling just short of a $1 million prize pool, while the $3,200 NL High Roller generated a prize pool of $1,332,000 from 444 entries. Event #12, the $600 NLH Monster Stack, attracted 1,777 players and neared $1 million in prize money, while the $5,300 High Roller 6-Max saw 264 entries, pushing the prize pool over $1.3 million. The $500 NLH Deepstack, $2,500 NLH, $1,000 NLH Mystery Bounty, and $400 NLH Colossus all crossed the $1 million mark in prize pools.
It is worth mentioning that this is the first time the series is open to players from four states. However, when we compare the turnout to last year, when only three states were involved (with Pennsylvania not yet participating), the numbers seem to be down this year. Most events have seen a dip in entries year-over-year. That said, this year’s online bracelet series is still generating solid results, with an average prize pool of just over $1 million per tournament.
