Typically, the online bracelet series consists of two iterations for US players and one for global dot-com players and Ontarians.
The WSOP 2024 Online kicks off concurrently with the live summer events in Las Vegas, spanning from June to July, followed by an international series on GGPoker from August to September, alongside the Ontario edition. Additionally, in the fall, WSOP hosts a comprehensive online bracelet series for US players comprising over 33 events, running from September to October.

WSOP 2024 Online in the US
Similar to the previous year, the US segment of the 2024 WSOP Online series in regulated markets is slated to occur twice. One session will coincide with the summer live series in Las Vegas, while the other will take place later in the fall, featuring a full-fledged month-long series.
In 2023, during the summer, 34 online bracelets were available to players in New Jersey, Nevada, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. The subsequent leg in autumn comprised 35 online bracelets, with the majority of events held in Nevada and New Jersey, sharing a common player pool.
New Jersey & Nevada
The WSOP US network consists of three separate player pools, with the shared liquidity network involving New Jersey and Nevada being the largest. Furthermore, the Nevada igaming legislation permits individuals within the state borders to participate in regulated online poker rooms, providing a significant boost to traffic for WSOP NV, especially during the summer when the live WSOP series is in progress. Hence, it is natural for the operator to host more bracelet events in this network as the player pool is quite big compared to other states.
During the previous summer, WSOP NJ & WSOP NV platforms featured 20 online bracelets on the schedule, with an additional 33 in the fall. The summer online bracelet series enjoys immense popularity, with each event averaging a prize pool of approximately $1 million.
Expect an even greater number of online bracelets this year.
Michigan & Pennsylvania
Currently, WSOP MI & WSOP PA operate as segregated networks, with player pools limited to residents within each respective state. Due to lower liquidity, fewer online bracelet events are hosted in these states.
Last year, there were 7 bracelet events during the summer and just one in the fall in both states. These bracelet events average around $100,000 in prize pool.
However, a notable advantage for players in these states is that both platforms operate on 888’s next-generation software, supporting numerous modern features, including Mystery Bounty tournaments. Similar to last year, expect Mystery Bounty bracelet events for players in Michigan and Pennsylvania.
Unless WSOP MI joins the existing WSOP NJ/NV network, anticipate Michigan players to see a limited number of bracelets, likely around seven or eight, with a similar situation for Pennsylvania.
WSOP 2024 Online in International Markets
GGPoker, the world’s leading online poker room, has been hosting online bracelets for years and this year it is expected to return again for the fifth consecutive installment.
It all changed when GGPoker became the official partner of WSOP in 2020, undertaking the responsibility of hosting online circuit series and subsequently an online bracelet series. This collaboration became imperative following the unexpected shutdown of live poker due to the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020, and the WSOP had to scramble to find a way to hold the festival.
In response, GGPoker rose to the occasion in a big way, putting on a huge online festival that shattered records, notably with the Main Event. The first year, the platform hosted 50 bracelet events, followed by 33 in the subsequent years.
Last year, the $5K WSOP Online Main Event set yet another milestone by surpassing its own record for the largest online poker tournament. Drawing in 6023 runners, it amassed a remarkable prize pool of $28.6 million.
Expect another line-up with over 30 bracelet events to take place later this summer on GGPoker once the WSOP live series concludes.
WSOP 2024 Online in Ontario
Similar to its role in the international market, GGPoker has assumed the task of hosting online bracelet series in the segregated Ontario market, Canada’s largest province.
Although the schedule is relatively modest compared to that offered to players elsewhere in the world due to liquidity constraints, it still garners considerable excitement and engagement from players.
Last year, GGPoker Ontario featured eight online bracelet events with buy-ins ranging from CAD $100 to $1500.
Anticipate a comparable lineup and schedule expected to run in August and September this year.
WSOP 2024 Online Satellites
Each year, WSOP hosts official online satellites on its platform for US players while GGPoker, the exclusive international partner of the WSOP brand, extends the same opportunity to players from the rest of the world. These qualifiers offer players the chance to win a coveted seat at the iconic WSOP $10K Main Event for a mere $1.
Last year, the combined efforts of both platforms saw over 1000 players qualifying, with GGPoker sending over 700 players and WSOP.com sending more than 450 players to the $10,000 Main Event. This year, they aim to elevate this number to over 1500 players.
Online Qualifiers for Domestic US Players
Online satellite events for this year’s WSOP festival are already underway in US markets. WSOP.com initiated online satellites for US players in NJ, NV, MI, and PA earlier this year.
Every weekend throughout February and in the upcoming months, WSOP.com will host direct online satellites, ensuring the availability of at least a dozen seats across four states.
For players from New Jersey and Nevada, there is one satellite event each on Saturdays and Sundays, each offering a Main Event seat. Meanwhile, for players in Michigan and PA, there’s a single satellite event every Sunday, once again with a Main Event seat up for grabs.

Online Qualifiers for International Players
GGPoker consistently runs its “Road to Vegas” campaign each year, sending hundreds of players to partake in the World Series, and this year will be no exception.
Typically, its online qualifier campaign commences in April, and we anticipate a similar timeframe this year. Qualifiers commence at an entry fee as low as $1, running around the clock.
In 2023, GGPoker successfully qualified 744 players for the WSOP Main Event. This year, the operator has committed to qualifying at least 1000 players.
WSOP 2024 Online Promotions
