GGPoker is expanding its network further, announcing a partnership with the Playground Poker Club to host its online poker room.
Canada’s premier live poker venue is broadening its own horizon by taking the poker experience to the online arena. It was previously working with the World Poker Tour and partypoker to host live and online competitions.
The live poker venue with a license of the Kahnawake Gaming Commission has been closed since March 13, 2020, and reopened to the public for casino games temporarily. Live poker at Playground remained on hiatus for more than 500 days due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and is set to resume on August 11.
“GGPoker is delighted to welcome Canada’s largest live poker room as a partner,” Paul Burke, Head of PR at GGPoker, told PRO. “We look forward to a long and productive relationship with Playground, with both sides working hard to ensure their players enjoy the best poker experiences possible both on and off the digital felt!”
