- The change may make it easier for the Swedish state to take action against advertising by unlicensed operators.
- Adverts which include bonuses could theoretically be deemed to be “socially irresponsible.”
In a decision motivated by consumer protection issues, Swedish Svenska Spel has removed all bonuses and any other form of discount or cash rebate with immediate effect.
