The popular US-accessible e-wallet has left its customers with a single sentence on their site.

“The UseMyWallet service has been temporary stopped” is what appears on the UMW web site. The company also operates under the name QuickTender; that site states, “With regret, the Quicktender service has been discontinued. All account holders will be notified by email.” So far no emails have been received by account holders contacted by pokerfuse.

The popular e-wallet had funds seized earlier this month and as a result withdrawals were disabled for US customers. The Merge Gaming Network dropped the troubled e-wallet but Cake and Bodog continued to offer their services to customers as deposit and withdraw options.

As of today, UMW is no longer offered as a deposit method on Cake or Bodog. While Bodog has removed UMW as an option for withdrawls, Cake still offers it as an option.

UMW grew in popularity after Neteller funds were seized by the US government and forced them out of the US market. UMW is widely considered to be operated by EcoCard, a brand name of PSI-Pay that is linked to seizures that took place on “Blue Monday.”
