At the PokerStars Players Championship, anything is possible, but you have to get there first.
Days after the online poker giant confirmed dates for the return of PokerStars No-Limit Hold’em Championship (PSPC), the operator has now unveiled Road to PSPC stops to promote the big event and give away seats to the biggest $25k buy-in live poker tournament.
But, more importantly, the operator has also kicked off the PSPC Mega Path qualifiers, allowing players to qualify for the PSPC event for just 50 cents.
The hugely successful PSPC is set to return for its second edition back to the Bahamas in January 2023. Along with the PSPC, the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure (PCA) tour will also make a comeback at the same venue.
When it ran for the first time in 2019, the PSPC created many records. A staggering 1039 entries participated in the event — about 320 of which were sponsored by PokerStars thanks to the huge Platinum Pass giveaway, the gateway into the PSPC for free.
This not only made it the biggest $25k buy-in live event but also the biggest outside the WSOP and Triton events.
Now, the operator has brought back one of its most popular routes — the PSPC Mega Path qualifiers. The qualifiers are open to all, allowing all kinds of players the opportunity to win their way to the $25k event for just a fraction of the cost.

50 Cents Could Get You a Seat to the PSPC 2023
Kicked off on Tuesday, April 26, these qualifiers start from just $0.50. Every Sunday until October 30, one Platinum Pass is guaranteed via this route meaning at least 26 Passes are up for grabs.
Each Platinum Pass is worth $30,000 and includes a seat to the $25,000 PokerStars Players Championship 2023 event, six nights of hotel accommodation for two, $1900 in experiences, airport transfers, PSPC merchandise, and Platinum Pass winner experiences.
As seen previously, the Mega Paths qualifiers are available in four to five steps. All players have to do is reach Step 4, which is the final path to the Platinum Pass. Step 4 is worth a $1000 buy-in and only those that won step 3 can enter the final step.
The first Stage 4 of this year’s Mega Path promotion is scheduled on Sunday, May 1.

Opportunities don’t just happen, you have to create them.
“At the PokerStars Players Championship, anything is possible, but you have to get there first,” said Ramon Colillas, PokerStars Ambassador and the winner of the inaugural PSPC event via press release. “Opportunities don’t just happen, you have to create them and winning a Platinum Pass is the perfect way to make sure that you don’t miss out on this once in a lifetime opportunity.”
More than a Dozen Road to PSPC Stops
Live players will also have plenty of opportunities to grab a $30k pass. The Road to PSPC kicks off in June and the operator will be traveling across multiple continents until the end of October. Most of the stops are located in Europe but the operator will also be setting foot in the Latin American market in Brazil and the Philippines in Asia.
The campaign kicks off with a stop in Liechtenstein, hosting a 400 CHF buy-in event from June 2 to 6. From there, the tour moves to Southwestern France in Gujan-Mestra and to neighboring countries such as Spain, San Marino, Germany, Ireland, and more.
Each stop gives away a Platinum Pass, meaning that over a dozen tickets are up for grabs.
Both of the promotional campaigns are making a comeback following a halt due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In the past two years, over 250 Platinum Passes have been handed out to players worth $7.5 million in prize money. Another 150 Passes are to be given away by the end of this year.
The Road to PSPC and Mega Path Qualifiers run until October 30.
