Australian poker pro and the “Last Woman Standing” in the 2013 WSOP Main Event, Jackie Glazier, is vacating her spot on the Ivey Poker roster and taking her talents to 888poker in her new position as poker ambassador for the online site.
With impressive back to back years at the WSOP and over $1 million in live career tournament earnings, Glazier plans to use her new sponsorship to represent Team 888poker effective immediately, at the World Series of Poker Europe in Paris and beyond.
Team 888poker is compiled of an eclectic mix of poker players and sports stars including former November Niner Sam Holden, Australian cricketer Shane Warne and, currently, even UFC Champion Georges St-Pierre.
In conjunction with the signing of “The New Queen Of Poker”, 888poker is running a special promotion aimed at Australians as well as all female poker players, to take place on July 28th.
