The 2013 bwin World Poker Tour (WPT) Grand Prix de Paris at the Aviation Club de France enters day 4 with 24 players remaining. Defending champion and reigning WPT Player of the Year Matt Salsberg is sitting in 10th place.
Early departures included Tony G, who promptly {n:alpha8-london:headed to London} for the WPT Alpha8 £100k buy in event where he now sits in third place. Barry Greenstein also busted on Day three, but PartyPoker front lady Kara Scott remains in contention in 19th position.
Kara is not the only woman left in the field. Christina Lindley just makes the top third of the field in 8th place. She re-tweeted a comment that many will second:
The chip leader is Vasili Firsau from Belarus with Australian Peter Apostolou in second. The tournament will play down to the final six players today before crowning a champion tomorrow.
