The APL Online Series kicked off last Friday and runs for another two weeks, guaranteeing the same 80 million in Chinese Yuan (CNY) as it did in the previous edition. In US Dollars, the prize money is equivalent to $12.5 million—almost as big as the recently concluded Powerfest series on partypoker.

The schedule is nearly identical to the one held before, featuring hundreds of events including 20 special Jade Trophy Events—four more than the series held in February.
