Entain’s online poker room partypoker has modified its rake policy for its high stakes cash games. As per the new rules, the rake cap has been significantly increased across big bet games, effectively increasing the price to play at these tables.
The changes were announced in a blog post on Tuesday and impact only high stakes No Limit Hold’em and Pot Limit Omaha cash tables with table stakes of $10/$25 to $200/$400. The rate of percentage remains the same i.e., 5% across all cash game tables.
“We are always open with our players which is why we are informing you about the new rake cap for our high stakes No-Limit Hold’em and Pot-Limit Omaha cash games,” partypoker explained in its blog post.
