The Mystery Bounty Edition of the KO Games is running now on 888poker, and there is more than $2 million guaranteed across the series. With 44 games scheduled across two weeks, there will be something for all the bounty lovers.
The most recent edition of the KO Games started on November 6 on 888poker, and so far, the results have been a knockout. The opening two days saw four tournaments complete, and all of them beat their guarantees. Over the first two days of action, the KO Games collected nearly $15k more than the promised guarantees.
The series will run through most of November, with games running daily through November 22. There are two main tournaments per day throughout the series, with additional events to fill up the schedule. So far, the opening event was the best performer of the series in the early going, at least in terms of the increase in the guarantee.
With $120k guaranteed, the KO Games Opening Event Mystery Bounty drew more than 1250 entries, breaking the guarantee by more than $6k. However, given the $109 buy-in and the $120k guarantee, that only amounted to about 5% over the guarantee. The $11 Mini PKO event on November 7 went almost 40% over its $4k guarantee.
Mystery Bounty Edition Starts Strong
The popularity of the new Mystery Bounty format is quite evident from the opening event’s solid turnout. With more than 1250 entries and rebuys in the first tournament of the KO Games, there was clearly a lot of interest. In the end, the biggest bounty awarded in the event was $12k, which was better than the first-place prize the winner took home.
Six games were completed at the time of writing, five of which did better than promised. One tournament, the $33 Mini Super KO, missed its $8k guarantee by about $1300, but that was the only blemish on an otherwise solid opening few days.

Action in the KO Series continues through November 22 online, but there is a lot of upcoming action on the live felt as well from 888poker. Coming up is the LIVE Madrid Festival at the luxurious Casino Gran Madrid – Torrelodones. That series runs from November 10 through November 20 and features the €1100 buy-in 888poker LIVE Madrid 20th Anniversary Main Event, alongside many smaller events with even more affordable buy-ins.
Even more poker is coming up on the live felt, as 888poker is giving players a chance to have a pre-Christmas holiday in the Czech Republic. The Lucky 8s Series at Kings Casino, Rozvadov kicks off on December 12 for nine days of live poker fun.
