PLO Action Galore Across PokerStars Platforms

Over the 25 days of action PokerStars has prepared for us this holiday season, we have seen many different poker games and tournament formats get their chance, and this Thursday will be all about the great game of Pot Limit Omaha.

Over at PokerStars US, players will get a chance to play PLO Bounty Builder events, with buyins set at $10 and $50, and a portion of each buyin going towards the bounty prize pool and knockout prizes going up with every player one eliminates.

At PokerStars ON, the format of play will be even more unique, as the game of choice is PLO8, and the heads-up TKO format is employed, a game that few players have probably had a chance to play in the past.

PokerStars continues to mix and match different poker games and formats this holiday season to ensure every tournament is unique and entertaining and that the super-pros don’t have a massive edge on the rest of the playing field.

This Thursday’s event are guaranteed to create some very exciting moments, as players try to adapt to the game formats and do their best to make the right play in games no one is completely comfortable with at this time.

Last of the Freeroll Tickets Up for Grabs

This Friday will mark the end of the 25 Days of Tournaments promotion, and the last of the $1k Weekly Freerolls will be played to commemorate the occasion.

To make sure enough players sign up for that one, PokerStars US is giving away some extra Freeroll tickets in Thursday’s events, which you can win simply by signing up to play either the $10 or the $50 version of the PLO tournament on Thursday evening.

Ontario players, on the other hand, will get a chance to play for DoT satellite tickets this Thursday, which they can use to play in the last of the season’s satellites for Friday night’s DoT events.

Check out the PokerStars lobby yourself to get even more details on tomorrow’s events and stay tuned as PokerStars releases more information on the final events of the season at 9:00 pm tomorrow evening.
