Eight WSOP Bracelets to Play For
This year’s main WSOP festival in Las Vegas is now behind us, but new opportunities to play for WSOP bracelets are opening up both in live and online environments.
The upcoming WSOP Online at GGPoker.CA (aka GGPoker ON) is the best chance you will have to win a WSOP bracelet if you live in Ontario, as it offers eight bracelets in events with affordable buyins and relatively limited player pools.
The series will kick off with a $300 Gladiators of Poker Ontario event, which will pay out a minimum of $200k in prize money and end in the $525 The Closer with a $250k guarantee.
Bracelets will be up for grabs for as little as $100, which is the lowest buyin for a bracelet event in the series, as the Mini Main Event features a $100 buyin and a 150k guaranteed prize pool.
The great highlight of the festival will be the $1,000 WSOP Ontario Main Event, which will play down to its winner on September 23 and award at least $500,000 to the players who make the money.
Many of the events will feature multiple Day 1 flights across a full week, with the final days played out at the end of the week.
Here is a look at the full schedule of the eight WSOP online bracelet events you can expect to play in the WSOP Online Ontario this year:

Full Series Schedule Coming Soon
As always, GGPoker will be running the eight WSOP bracelet events as a part of a massive Ontario poker tournament series, which will include events across different buyin brackets, game formats, and guaranteed prize pools.
The operator has announced the series will pay more than $5,000,000 in total, making it the biggest in Ontario’s history, but only $2,000,000 of that is guaranteed in the eight bracelet events.
This means that dozens of other events will be deployed, along with the remaining $3,000,000 + in guarantees, over the coming days.
Stay tuned for more updates on GGPoker Ontario’s WSOP Online series and the release of the full tournament schedule ahead of the series’ kick off on August 18.
More to Come from GGPoker and WSOP
The WSOP brand was recently acquired in full by GGPoker’s leading investor and operator NSUS Group Inc in a historic deal worth $500 million.
The WSOP brand was already expanding its online presence before, and is now likely to expand even more into the online streets under GGPoker ownership.
The upcoming WSOP Online series in Ontario is just the first of many we can expect to see in regulated markets around the world, as well as the international .com market, as GGPoker’s ownership of the brand becomes more apparent.
Join GGPoker Ontario now for a chance to play in the upcoming festival, as well as a number of other WSOP and WSOPC events that will be coming over the following months and years on the province’s biggest regulated online poker platform.
