The 2025 edition of the GGPoker World Festival got underway on May 4, so the action has been hot and heavy on the virtual felt for the past ten days.
If you happened to miss the start, the good news is that the best is yet to come, with some of the biggest events and largest guarantees still waiting in the pipeline.
This year’s World Festival at GGPoker brings a grand total of $250 million in guaranteed prizes across the entire schedule, and as is often the case, a big chunk of that guarantee is reserved for a select few events that you can still get involved with.
- Or get up to $100 worth of rewards
- Available in many regulated markets
- Great MTT schedule including WSOP events
$10M on Offer in the Super Main Event
Stealing the spotlight is most certainly the Super Main Event, which comes with a massive promise of at least $10,000,000. However, the impressive guarantee comes with an equally impressive participation fee of $10,300.
For many players, even those who take poker very seriously, this type of buy-in is simply out of reach. Luckily, GGPoker is offering a variety of satellites and qualifiers to secure your seat in this tournament at a much lower cost.
There are Step Satellites running around the clock on the site, with the first step starting at just $10. From there, you’ll go to $100 Step 2, leading into the $1,050 Step 3 qualifier.
Each Step 3 qualifier guarantees at least one ticket to the Super Main Event, so with a bit of patience and some luck, you could be competing in one of the largest online tournaments and rubbing virtual elbows with some of the best players on the planet without risking a small fortune.
Another $10M Guarantee in the GG World Championship Event
The GG World Championship is just as exciting as the Super Main Event, but it comes at a much lower admission price of $1,500. This tournament also features a $10,000,000 guarantee and a host of Day 1 flights that are already underway.
You are allowed to play as many Day 1 flights as you wish, but only your largest stack will be carried forward to Day 2, which takes place on May 26.
For those looking to get in on the cheap, GGPoker is also offering Step Satellites for the World Championship, with Step 1 qualifiers priced at $15 and Step 2 satellites coming in at $150.
Omaha Fans Not Forgotten
If you happen to prefer four starting cards over two, the GGPoker World Festival still has plenty of Omaha action left on the docket.
The $1,500 Omaholic Championship comes with a pretty hefty guarantee of $1,000,000 and many Day 1 flights on offer to allow you to organize your time and go after that big stack you’ll need to make a run at the trophy.
The $250 Omaholic Closer event takes place towards the end of the festival, featuring a guarantee of $500,000, so if things don’t quite go to plan, you’ll still have one last shot at saving the series.
The big action is yet to come in the GGPoker World Festival, so you’re most certainly not late to join the action and claim your share of those juicy prize pools!
