On Friday, Merchant Law Group LLP of Canada filed a class action law suit against Full Tilt Poker on behalf of “all real money account holders at Full Tilt Poker.” This marks the fourth of such suits filed against the troubled poker site.
The suit was filed the day after the Alderney Gaming Control Commission (AGCC) announced it had revoked Full Tilt’s license citing insolvency, the inability to return account balances to their players, and extending credit to players as the reasons.
US players have been unable to access their funds since Black Friday while globally players have been unable to access their funds held on the site since Full Tilt had its operating license suspended in June.
