Laurent Tapie, Managing Director of Groupe Bernard Tapie, has stated that he expects the deal with the Department of Justice to acquire Full Tilt and repay players will be finalized in the next 15 days.
Though specifics of the deal have not yet been disclosed, Tapie confirmed in an interview with iGamingFrance that the “payment terms are defined” and an agreement will be drafted and signed in the next 15 days.
As a part of that deal with the Department of Justice, Group Bernard Tapie will agree to repays players outside of the US and pay the DOJ an unspecified sum, and the Department of Justice will reimburse US players.
