Four hours after approving a concierge request, PokerStars VIP Club has reversed their previous decision to honor Concierge Service for Supernova+ players.
After obtaining a copy of an email from the PokerStars VIP Club confirming the conversion of FPPs at the concierge rate, PokerFuse reported that US Supernova and US Supernova Elite players were once again allowed to convert their FPPs at the rate of $0.016129/FPP, which is a better rate of return than any of the cash bonuses in the store.
A followup email was subsequently obtained that explains, “Please disregard my previous email. Your FPPs were refunded.” It then goes on to state,“the Concierge Service is no longer accepting requests” from US players.
