In a new thread posted on the 2+2 poker forums, PokerStars’ representative 'PokerStars Steve’ has confirmed that players that relocate outside of the US will have full access to their accounts including access to their funds.
PokerStars has yet to officially respond to inquiries regarding the exact requirements players will need to meet in order to prove relocation.
