The team behind PokerStrategy launched a new strategy-based site this week designed to help gamblers navigate the virtual pit.
CasinoCheck.com is the latest member of the etruvian family, perhaps a distant cousin of PokerStrategy, a 6 million-member site that offers “tried and tested winning strategies.”
In announcing the new site, the PokerStrategy crew even acknowledged that “most casino websites tilt us,” but they want to offer a candid guide to games of chance.
“We believe that people should be able to learn the facts about the games they play, instead of reading half-truths and misleading information,” the announcement stated.
CasinoCheck promises to help gamblers minimize the house edge in blackjack, learn payout odds and returns in roulette, discover “optimal” strategy for craps and even identify problem gambling.
“CasinoCheck.com will be 100% open and honest about these things,” they wrote. “There are no winning systems in Blackjack and you can’t beat the Roulette wheel. ... What we can offer you is the information you need to make the best decisions you can; we will give accurate and impartial guides to games and their optimal strategy.
They have partnered with the virtual casinos 32Red, betsafe.com, CasinoEuro and Dash Casino, offering bonuses and promising a “central role in communication between our players and our partners.”
PokerNews.com made a similar move into the online casino affiliate business with the launch earlier this year of PokerNews Casino.
The etruvian team also recently launched Tradimo, which takes the video training model of PokerStrategy and applies it to stocks and forex trading.
