Ultimate Poker Championship 1 (UPC1) is open to residents and visitors of the state of Nevada and guarantees a $250k total prize pool across 11 events spanning October 10-20, 2013.
The modestly priced buyins range from $25 for Event #1 up to $300 for the $100,000 guaranteed Main Event on October 20. The series will feature a variety of NLHE tournaments, including rebuys and 6-max events, as well as a couple of Limit Hold’em events.
The series is accompanied by a UPC leaderboard where the top prize will be free entry into all of the events in the next UPC event. Additionally, the winner of each of the 11 events of UPC1 will receive a custom Ultimate Poker Watch to wrap around their wrist.
