The PokerStars owned European Poker Tour (EPT) will be sponsored in its tenth season by payment processing company Skrill.
According to the PR, “sponsorship will see further innovations from Skrill, including branding in and around the tournament area at events during Season 10, along with staff at all events to offer marketing promotions and assist players during the tournament.”
This is the third time a Skrill (formerly MoneyBookers) company has sponsored the EPT. EPT President Edgar Stuchly said: “Skrill … is widely regarded as one of the most popular deposit and withdrawal methods by the online gaming community. We are pleased to be working with them again during Season 10.”
The next EPT event will be held in Barcelona from August 28 to September 7.
