- He confirmed that his amendment would include the exclusion of online poker from the existing online gambling law, allowing licensed operators to offer online poker to Polish customers alongside sports betting.
- He also confirmed that the amendments would change the current tax from a 12% on turnover to 20% on gross gaming revenue (GGR).

“We want Poland in a sphere of normality and common sense. We want to move away from solutions that make 95% of betting a gray area,” he said during a press conference over the weekend.
“Because of this, the Polish budget loses hundreds of millions of zlote each year,” he added.
