After a long 12-year hiatus, the iconic North American Poker Tour (NAPT 2023) by PokerStars is back with a bang, kicking off at the lavish Resorts World Las Vegas.
To mark this grand return, PokerStars is actively engaging its players by running exciting promotions across various markets, with a particular focus on the US.
The PokerStars US and PokerStars Ontario real money platforms have introduced an exciting Last Longer promotion where players have the opportunity to claim free Spin & Go tickets if they draw the PokerStars ambassador who lasts the longest in the NAPT Las Vegas Main Event.
This promotion is exclusively available to players in New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Ontario who are at least 21 years old.
- Deposit $20 and get $30 worth of free play
- One of the best mobile apps
- Biggest MTT guarantees
There is no denying that PokerStars boasts the most extensive and well-known roster of professional players, and they are now challenging these pros to compete against one another in a “last longer” contest, all for the benefit of their players.
Participating in this promotion is straightforward. All players have to do is:
- Login to their account on the PokerStars PA app, PokerStars NJ app, PokerStars MI app, or the PokerStars Ontario app
- Open the Challenges Window
- Opt-in by clicking on the NAPT Ambassador Promo
Upon doing so, players will receive a Chest with the name of their selected Main Event ambassador. If the chosen ambassador lasts the longest in the tournament, they will be rewarded with another Chest containing Spin & Go tickets.
The following PokerStars North America ambassadors have been confirmed to participate in the NAPT Las Vegas Main Event:
- Arlie Shaban
- David Kaye
- Jen Shahade
- Maria Konnikova
- Next Gen Poker (Frankie Cucchiara, Matthew Rosenfield, and Jack Aiello)
- Parker Talbot
The allocation of ambassadors is randomized, but players have the highest probability of receiving Parker Talbot (57.5%), followed by the three newly appointed ambassadors from Next Gen Poker. Meanwhile, Shahade, Konnikova, and Shaban each have a 7.5% probability, and Kaye has a 5% chance of being drawn.
If players’ chosen ambassador is the last one remaining in the NAPT Las Vegas Main Event at Resorts World, they will earn three $1 Spin & Go tickets. To participate, players must opt-in to the promotion by November 6 at 14:59 ET, and the won tickets must be used by November 12.
NAPT Las Vegas Underway
The NAPT Las Vegas commenced at the opulent Resorts World Las Vegas over the weekend. The opening day was a gentle start, with PokerStars hosting a few qualifiers, including one for the $1650 buy-in Main Event and cash games.
The real NAPT action began on Sunday, featuring two prestigious events: a $1100 NLH Deepstack with a $125,000 guarantee and the NAPT Super High Roller Day 1 with a $10,300 buy-in. The first flight saw 36 entries, including notable players like Kristen Foxen, Scott Ball, Calvin Lee, and Kitty Kuo.
The NAPT line-up boasts more than 30 events running through November 12. The highlight of the festival is the $1650 NAPT Main Event, commencing with Day 1A on Monday, November 6.
Six Day 1 flights will be available from November 6 to 8, each allowing unlimited re-entries, giving players ample chances to advance to Day 2 and vie for a spot on Day 3 and the Final Day, scheduled for Saturday, November 11.
The NAPT Main Event boasts a minimum prize pool of $1.5 million, but the substantial interest and the number of online qualifiers could easily push the total prizes beyond $2 million.
Players can follow their progress on the Main Event by watching the live stream on PokerStars’ Twitch channel, with the streaming starting from Day 3 of the Main Event on November 10 and the final table on Saturday, November 11.
