Players who are eligible to receive reclaimed Full Tilt Poker funds and have yet to receive and email from the Garden City Group (GCG) are being advised to check their spam folder.
As previously reported, the GCG was expected to contact all potentially eligible Petitioners on September 16 & 17 via email. As of today, there are numerous reports, on the Two Plus Two forums, of players receiving the necessary Petition and Control numbers to get started on the process.
However, there have also been posts from players, as well as confirmation from some of the pokerfuse staff, that their Garden City Group email has hit their spam folders rather than their standard inbox.
