Officials at the Golden Nugget in New Jersey have notified select customers of the imminent launch of the Golden Nugget-licensed real-money poker website.
The online gambling site will utilize the dot-com domain for its new real money client. Its free-to-play client which previously resided on the dot-com domain has been migrated to a new dot-net website.
Residents of New Jersey, as well as non-residents, will be able to download the new real-money client and make deposits on the site. However, just like the state of Nevada, players will need to find themselves within the boundaries of the state if they plan on playing poker, or any other casino game, online.
Currently, goldennuggetpoker.com allows for players to choose from both versions of the new client ahead of the expected November 26 launch.
The Golden Nugget has partnered with Bally Technologies which itself has joined forces with Amaya’s Ongame as the “preferred solution” for its online poker platform in the US.
