The BetMGM Poker End Boss Poker Series ended on Sunday, November 28, in all three states with the Main Events and Second Chance events showing a huge turnout.
The Series featured seven events for each of the three states in which BetMGM Poker is available, namely New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan
The Main Event of the series broke the guaranteed prize pool in each three, although some of the smaller events did not meet the expectations.

Three big winners of the End Boss Poker Series were Shankar “burgerssss” Pillai who won the NJ Main Event, Do_psychedelics who took the Pennsylvania title, and Corey “C0rgasm231” Paggeot who won big in Michigan.
The Series featured some of the biggest prize pools that BetMGM put together lately, with the average guarantee of the End Boss tournaments coming out to over $33,000, a significant jump from recent series the operator organized such as the September version of the BetMGM Online Series.
Shaknar Pillai Wins Big in New Jersey
BetMGM New Jersey thew the biggest version of the End Boss Series, with all events offering bigger prize pools than the other two states and attracting more entries.
The big selling point for the BetMGM NJ End Boss Series was the attendance of Darren Elias, partypoker’s BetMGM ambassador, who played in all seven events and took third place in Event #5, the $40,000 Guaranteed 6-Max NL RE.
Elias did not win any titles this time around, but was an impressive presence at the tables and gave all BetMGM players in NJ a chance to play one of the best players in the world in open events with reasonable buyins.
It was Shaknar “burgerssss” Pillai who took down the biggest piece of the cake in the Garden State, winning the Main Event on Sunday for a whooping $42,942.10 and the glory. The Main Event in NJ broke the expected $150,000 prize pool and ended up drawing 179 players for a grand total of $179,000 in prizes.

Do_psychedelics Victorious in Pennsylvania
The End Boss Main Event on BetMGM PA also broke the guaranteed prize pool of $100,000 with a total of 123 entries and $123,000 in prizes distributed, as Do_psychedelics won the tournament and took home $28,290 for his efforts.
The Series overall was a success, although five of the events in PA did not manage to meet the guaranteed prize pool and having significant overlays.

Corey “C0rgasm231” Paggeot Crowned Champion in Michigan
The End Boss Poker Series was also hosted for the players on BetMGM Michigan, where Corey “C0rgasm231” Paggeot came out as the big winner, taking away $23,138.79 in the Main Event which saw 113 players sign up to break the $100,000 guaranteed prize pool.
The big story of the End Boss Poker Series in Michigan, however, was the player under the handle “georgejanssen” who managed to win both Event #3 for $5,773.30 and final Event #7 for $5,658, which made him one of the big winners of the series despite not winning the Main Event.
Only two of the seven End Boss events in Michigan offered some overlay, with events #2 and #3 falling just short of the player count needed to meet the guarantee.
