Update: WSOP has increased guarantees for the series to nearly $1 million.
There is more exciting news for all tournament fans in the US as WSOP Online has announced its Circuit Series for players in New Jersey, Nevada, and Michigan.
As of May 28, players from these three states are a part of the same player pool, which means they’ll all compete in the same tournaments via the new WSOP Online platform.
Despite the fact the operator will now have the lager player pool than ever before, the overall guarantee for the series is relatively small, standing at $540,000. The series runs May 30 — June 10, and comprises 12 ring events, with buy-ins ranging from $100 to $1,000.
Colorful Schedule With Conservative Guarantees
With the recent merger and the WSOP online bracelet events starting in a few days, it felt like WSOP Online would go all out with the first Online Circuit Series on the new platform as well. Somewhat surprisingly, though, the operator opted for a more conservative approach.
Although the WSOP Online Circuit Series features 12 events, the overall prize pool guaranteed across the board is $540,000. The $525 Main Event comes with a promise of $150,000. Apart from the Main, there is just one more tournament with a six-figure guarantee, the $215 Mystery Bounty on June 2.
On a more positive note, with the new software finally in place, players in Nevada and New Jersey will get to enjoy new formats, such as Mystery Bounties and PKOs, both of which are featured prominently on the series schedule. There is one tournament happening every day over the course of the 12-day period.

Plenty of Action to Enjoy in June
The first WSOP Online Circuit Series on the new platform may leave something to be desired in terms of guarantees, but it’s safe to assume that this will be an exception rather than a norm. The process of transitioning players is still ongoing, which is probably the only reason why the operator went with fairly modest guarantees.
It is equally as likely these numbers will be shattered by a strong turnout, especially given the fact the Circuit Series is running alongside WSOP Online bracelets events.
Just a couple of days back, the operator unveiled the online bracelet schedule featuring 30 events on the three-state platform (plus seven on WSOP Pennsylvania), and these are guaranteed to attract quite a bit of traffic from domestic players and international players visiting Las Vegas for the WSOP looking to play online poker in Nevada.
In addition to all the online action, there are also satellites for the 2024 WSOP Main Event, with buy-ins of $160 and $215, which will help further boost the number of active players. All this traffic will certainly help boost the numbers in the Circuit Series as well.
