The PokerStars North American Poker Tour is coming back to Las Vegas this November to offer another fun and action-filled live poker festival in poker’s global capital. There are many ways players can punch their tickets to the November event, and the RunGood Poker Series has just added another one.
Namely, the player-friendly series has partnered up with PokerStars to create a special leaderboard called “*Golden Player of the Series*.” All leaderboard winners will receive a $10,000 Gold Pass to the 2024 NAPT festival in Las Vegas, and there will be several opportunities to get in the mix as the leaderboard will reset for every new RGPS event prior to October 28.
Things will kick off at Thunder Valley Casino in California during the RGPS stop taking place July 18 — August 5. In addition to the rich tournament schedule and the opportunity to win a Gold Pass, those present at the venue on August 1 will also get to enjoy a comedy show hosted by none other than Joe Stapleton.

Fueling the Competitive Spirit
The RunGood Poker Series has become popular with the players for its great organization and the big emphasis on creating a welcoming and player-friendly atmosphere. The new partnership will give all participants an additional reason to grind hard and battle it out on the green felt to capture the top spot on the Golden Player of the Series leaderboard.
As mentioned, the winner will receive a $10,000 NAPT Las Vegas package, consisting of:
- The NAPT Main Event buy-in ($5,300)
- Luxurious hotel accommodation during the stay (valued at $2,900)
- $1,800 in cash to cover additional expenses
Those eager to take a shot at this attractive package will have their first opportunity in a couple of weeks’ time in California. The RGPS will be visiting California’s Thunder Valley Resort & Casino for a series of events running July 18 — August 5.
As is usual, the series features very affordable buy-ins in the $200 – $600 range, and plenty of Package Satellites scattered throughout the schedule to allow players with small bankrolls to get in on the action at a discount.
PokerStars NAPT Set to Steal the Show in November Again
Last year’s NAPT marked the big return of the popular festival powered by PokerStars after a 12-year hiatus. The event was a big success for the operator, and they’ll be looking to build on that momentum and make the 2024 series at the Resorts World even bigger and better.
Thanks to this latest partnership, the already-rich schedule will see another tournament thrown into the mix with a special RunGood Poker Series branded event.
Both PokerStars and the RGPS are excited for the November festival, and for the RGPS, the opportunity to award Gold Passes builds into its deeply rooted desire to give back to the players who have supported them over the years.
There is no reason to doubt that the 2024 North American Poker Tour festival will steal the show in Las Vegas and attract players from all over the United States and beyond. Promotions such as this one will certainly help bring more players to the tables and help the operator create another event to remember.
If you’re not in a position to join live events hosted by the RGPS, the good news is that there are plenty of ways to win your way to the upcoming NAPT online as well. Simply sign up with PokerStars and be on the lookout for direct satellites and many other NAPT-related promotions bound to pop up in the coming weeks.
