The initial emails explained that existing bonuses would be cancelled, but a new reload bonus, available to all players would shortly be put in place as a compensation.
The company is making an effort to slow down the rate at which withdrawal requests come in by offering to waive withdrawal fees for all players who rake at least $25 between October 14 and the time they to cash out.
