Indiana Online Poker, Casino Would Bring in More Tax Revenue

As state lawmakers consider expanding iGaming, the Office of Fiscal and Management Analysis (OFMA) says Indiana could receive nearly $140 million in additional tax revenue by year three.


Indiana iGaming Expansion Bill Would Allow Multi-State Poker

HB 1536 authorizes Indiana regulators to join a compact like the Multi-State Internet Gaming Agreement (MSIGA) to support online poker. The governor would need to sign the agreement.
