Full Tilt Poker has officially announced the release of its Rush-only mobile app.
The poker room has been beta-testing its mobile app since May 2013, starting with a soft-launch of its HTML5 app, accessible on ios.fulltiltpoker.com, for iPhone’s and iPads.
At the time it was called a “temporary solution,” and subsequently native apps, available through App Store, have been rolling out across various regions. It debuted in the UK in November 2013, and expanded into other regions two weeks later.
“We have been making it available to various regions over time and it’s now live in many regions on both android and iOS with play money and real money, so we are officially announcing it,” a spokesperson told pokerfuse.
A play-money only Rush app has been available in the Android Play store since December 31, 2013, pokerfuse was informed. Real money gambling apps are not permitted in Google’s store, but a real money version has been available through direct download on the Full Tilt site since February 1.
No-limit Hold’em and PLO fast-fold tables are available. Full Tilt’s new Adrenaline Rush games (read the full preview) is also supported in the apps.
Full Tilt had originally launched its iphone-compatible Rush Poker mobile app in June 2011, soon after Black Friday. The app remained offline even after the site relaunched until the subsequent beta-testing began last year.
