- RSI has signaled that it plans to launch online poker at some point, and recently acquired Phil Galfond’s Run It Once poker platform.
- RSI’s new office in Bogota will serve as the headquarters for its Latin American operations and will have conference rooms designed like poker rooms.
- RSI launched online sports betting in Colombia in June 2018 and added online casino gaming in May 2019.
Rush Street Interactive (RSI) said it has opened offices in two Colombian cities to bolster RushBet.co and its online casino and sports betting presence in the South American country.
RSI, which acquired Phil Galfond’s Run it Once Poker site with aspirations of offering online poker in US markets, has opened new state-of-the-art facilities for its RushBet sports betting brand in Medellin and the capital, Bogota.
“Opening these new offices is an important step for RSI as it continues to execute its development plans in Colombia, Mexico, and in the future throughout other markets in Latin America,” RSI said in a statement.
