WSOP+ App Confirmed for the 2025 World Series of Poker in Las Vegas WSOP+ App Confirmed for the 2025 World Series of Poker in Las Vegas

As we predicted back in August of last year, the WSOP+ app will make its debut during the 2025 World Series of Poker in Las Vegas.

The app was already used successfully during the 2023 and 2024 WSOP Bahamas, and now the organizers are ready to bring it to the main stage. According to the official information on the WSOP website, all players will need to register with the app to enter tournaments.

WSOP+ app will take over many of the functionalities of Bravo Poker Live, which will not be used during the upcoming series. Using the app, players will be able to register for target tournaments online and keep track of all relevant information in real-time.

WSOP+ App Essential for the 2025 Series

After a successful test run during WSOP Bahamas events, the WSOP+ app will now become an essential part of the summer series in Las Vegas. All players will need to download the app and create an account before they can register for any of the 2025 events.

This requirement is in addition to Caesar’s loyalty card, which also needs to be presented at the registration.

The WSOP Plus app is available for free in the App Store and Google Play, and you can find direct links to both download pages on the official WSOP+ website.

In addition to the ability to track all important information, including tournament clocks and the number of players remaining in all ongoing tournaments, the WSOP+ app also allows for online registration. However, before you will be able to do this, you’ll need to verify your account in person via the WSOP verification desk in the Champagne Ballroom.

Skip the Lines With the WSOP Plus App

One of the biggest advantages that the WSOP Plus app brings to the summer World Series is the online registration. Once verified, players will have the ability to pick any event on the schedule and register for it through the app. After that, you can use the ticket displayed in the app or pick a printed version at the WSOP Main Cage and proceed directly to your table.

Of course, to pay for buy-ins, you’ll need to register a payment method with your account, and, as things stand right now, these will be your options:

  • Credit Cards
  • ACH transactions
  • PayPal
  • Luxon Pay (only for international players)
  • Paris Tournament Account

Before you can use any of the online payment methods, you’ll need to go through an in-person verification process, during which you’ll have to present your ID so that it can be confirmed that the information on the ID matches that on the payment account.

Those wanting to use a Paris Tournament Account to fund their buy-ins will first need to set one up (if they don’t have one already). Then, they’ll need to deposit funds into the account, which will be linked to the WSOP Plus app. From there, they can use funds available in the account to buy into tournaments.

Those players who win satellite tickets to 2025 WSOP events, whether live or online, will see them in the app and will be able to use them to register for target events.

Players who buy into events will be able to cancel buy-ins online no later than 24 hours before the start of the tournament. After that, deregistering will be possible at a cage until the official tournament kickoff.

Other Perks of WSOP+ App

While online registration is the biggest advantage the WSOP+ app brings for the summer series, there are other perks that will help players keep things organized.

As mentioned earlier, the app will display real time information about all ongoing events, showing the tournament clock and the number of players remaining. This will come in very handy, especially around the bubble time, both for those playing and those sweating them from afar.

The WSOP Plus app also features notifications for your upcoming tournaments and the seating information, making it easier to find your way around numerous tournament rooms inside Paris and Horseshoe.

All in all, while it may take players a couple of days to get everything sorted, the introduction of the WSOP+ app should be a very positive addition to the summer series.
