- FTOPS XXIV starts on Sunday with $8m in guarantees over 39 events.

The twenty fourth Full Tilt Poker Online Poker Series (FTOPS XXIV) starts on Sunday, November 24. There are 39 events in the series that runs until December 8, with $8m in guarantees. The FTOPS Leaderboard winner will receive a six month Black Card Pro sponsorship.
Sarne Lightman, Head of Marketing at Full Tilt Poker said: “For the first time ever, the winner of the FTOPS Leaderboards will be offered a six-month Black Card Pro sponsorship contract – we expect the competition to be fierce and for a very worthy champion to emerge!”
Players who make it to any final table will be sent a limited-edition FTOPS jacket, and event winners will also get a gold FTOPS jersey and a gold-jersey avatar.
The tournament schedule includes many old favorites, including the $635 Main Event on Sunday, December 8, which comes with a guaranteed prize pool of $1.5m. The last FTOPS XXIII surpassed the guarantee with over $1.9m in prize money.
FTOPS XXII in March this year boasted a higher $2m guarantee, and a higher rake—$40 instead of this year’s $35.
Full Tilt’s innovations also make it into the schedule, with Irish Poker (Event #9), 6-Card Omaha (Event #22), HORSE (Event #7) and Escalator (Event #13 & #21).
