The iPoker online poker network is experiencing a remarkable renaissance period fueled by substantial investments from its parent company, Playtech. This concerted effort has resulted in the impressive growth of the network, placing it in the top three in the global rankings.
A significant catalyst for its growth has also come with the addition of new skins, particularly following the closure of the MPN network in 2020. Notably, it welcomed Ukraine-based PokerMatch in November of last year and, more recently, Swedish-based Svenska Spel, further fortifying its network.
These additions have strengthened iPoker’s network, propelling it ahead of long-time rivals like partypoker and 888poker. Currently, the network comfortably holds the third position in global rankings, with only GGPoker and PokerStars ahead.
But iPoker’s success is not solely reliant on expansion. The network has made substantial improvements to its game offerings, adding new features such as Best Stack Forward for flighted tournaments, a built-in HUD, Chip Stack in Big Blinds, Rabbit Hunt, All-In Cashout and more. Additionally, iPoker has focused on ecological improvements, software upgrades, and a revamped weekly MTT schedule.
These efforts have yielded impressive results. iPoker recently hosted its largest tournament series to date. Concurrently, its cash game traffic reached a peak of over 1700 seats, a level not seen in eight years.
