US players look away, unfortuantly this promotion is not for you. But players in the UK, Europe and dot-com market roll up. PokerStars.com is giving away 20 Spin & Go Live Championship packages between now and July 7, in the first wave of promotions for the event.
The Spin & Go Championship takes place at the end of European Poker Tour (EPT) Barcelona on August 30 and 31, 2025. It marries the short-stacked, hyper-turbo tournament style of a lottery style Sit & Go with all the fun and excitement of playing live.
€100,000 will be paid out as the top prize and over €275,000 is guaranteed across the total prize pool for the live event. It returns to the live-circuit docket after first being introduced at EPT Barcelona in 2024. After a few tweaks it ran again at EPT Prague last December thanks to player demand.
81 players will be allowed to take part in the event which will comprise of regular players in addition to PokerStars Ambassadors. All players must have qualified online in order to secure their place. This is where you come in.
Until July 7, four daily leaderboards are running plus an overarching leaderboard.
- Deposit $10 or more and get a 100% bonus match up to $600
- One of the best mobile apps
- Biggest MTT guarantees
$4,200 in cash is up for grabs via the daily leaderboard races, which are tiered across four different buy-in levels. Two Spin & Go Live Championship packages will be awarded the top players in each qualification period. If a player doesn’t win a package through the overall leaderboards, they can still qualify for the Spin & Go Championship Live in Barcelona. Finishers between 3rd to 1,002nd will win a seat in an exclusive freeroll where 4 to 6 Spin & GO packages will be awarded.
All players need to do is play on Spin & Go tables in order to accrue points. Between 100 to 195 points will be awarded at random to players on Spin & Go games. Here are some good things to know:
- The lower the multiplier on the Spin & Go table, the better the chance of winning more points.
- Players earn points for each tournament until “Game Over” appears.
- The more games played, the higher the risk of “Game Over” appearing.
- Three attempts are allowed per day.
- Best attempt each day will count towards the daily and overall leaderboard race.
