Nolan Dalla, World Series of Poker Media Director, has been named as the Creative Director for a new television show entitled “Poker Night In America,” planning to hit airwaves in 2014. Dalla, whose well-documented presence in the poker media dates back to 1993, announced his new position via his own website.
“Poker Night In America” is forthcoming new programming from Todd Anderson, founder of the Heartland Poker Tour and Chicago-based production company Rush Street Productions. Dalla hopes to create “a television show like nothing that’s ever been done before” as filming for the premiere episode is set to begin at Turning Stone Casino in New York on August 8.
Dalla notes that while he will be leaving his duties at the World Series of Poker Circuit events, he will still continue in his position as Media Director for the World Series of Poker and WSOPE events.
