GGPoker Ontario microFestival Key Events
The full schedule of GGPoker’s microFestival is quite extensive. It offers heaps of events across the month of November, all designed for players of different calibers, bankroll sizes, and skill levels to enjoy in full.
However, a few events stand out from the rest in sheer magnitude, as they offer significantly bigger guaranteed prize pools and multiple Day 1s or Stage 1 opportunities for a full week ahead of the Final Day or Stage.
Key events to look out for include:
- Nov 4 — 12: $5 micro Ontario MILLION$ – $15,000 Guaranteed
- Nov 12 — 19: $5.25 micro Ontario Bounty MILLION$ – $20,000 Guaranteed
- Nov 19 — 26: $21 Mystery Bounty MILLION$ Main Event – $100,000 Guaranteed
- Nov 19 — 26: $21 Omaholic Mystery Bounty MILLION$ – $20,000 Guaranteed
The first event, which has already started its first Day 1 flights, is the $5 micro Ontario MILLION$. Day 1 flights will run multiple times per day, all the way up until November 12, when the Final Day will play out.
The remaining three highlight events, including the Main Event, will all be Staged events, with Stage 1 opportunities offered for seven days straight in the buildup for each of the three Stage 2s.
These four events alone carry a combined guarantee of $155,000, well over half of the entire $250,000 guarantee of microFestival, which makes them the ones you should definitely think about playing, as all the top prizes will be paid out right there.
Other GGPoker Ontario microFestival Events
While much of the $250k guarantee will be paid out in just four events, GGPoker will offer dozens of events each week between now and November 26 as part of the microFestival, all with affordable buy-ins and reasonable guarantees.
It is worth noting that many of these events, especially the ones with cheaper buy-ins, will only carry a guarantee of a few hundred dollars, which means you can expect up to 100 or 200 players competing for each of those.
Yet, every week will also see at least a few tournaments with guarantees ranging between $1000 and $7500, with buy-ins usually between $10 to $25.
