PokerStars picked up 2.3%, iPoker 4.4% and Full Tilt Poker, which has reintroduced a Build Your Bonus offer, saw an 8.7% gain in numbers of cash game seats filled.
Full Tilt’s uptick puts it back in third place in the rankings.
