Dealio Webcam Poker, a new free-play online site, is looking to bring more of the live poker experience online, with live webcams and live dealers at all tables, as it announces a list of high-profile founding members and ambassadors.
The new app is looking to launch an early access beta program this summer, with play-money action available globally. The idea is to stress-test the software for later potential real-money deployment, a company spokesperson has stated.
For a site that only has concrete plans to launch play money games, it has amassed an impressive array of ambassadors out of the gate. Poker Hall of Fame member and former PokerStars pro Barry Greenstein is probably the highest profile, and he highlights the aspect of live poker the new software hopes to capture.
“Poker is as much a psychological game as it is a mathematical one,” Greenstein said in a recent press release. “You need to be able to see how your opponent reacts to your bet to know what they are thinking about.”
