Rafi Ashkenazi has been appointed the new CEO of Rational Group, Amaya’s online poker arm that houses the PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker brands.

Ashkenazi joined the group in 2013 as Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to Senior VP of Strategy for Amaya earlier this year. Previously he held the position of COO at Playtech.
