Winamax's Official Miniature Online WSOP Series Returns alongside Live Festival Winamax's Official Miniature Online WSOP Series Returns alongside Live Festival
Key Takeaways
  • Winamax’s miniature WSOP online series returns with the arrival of the live WSOP series.
  • This will be the fourth edition of Mini WSOP with each event replicating the live schedule.
  • A total of 88 events are scheduled with total guarantees of over €2 million.

With the in-person WSOP festival making a return after over two years, the miniature online version that runs alongside the live series is also making a comeback on partner Winamax.

As the official sponsors of the WSOP in France, Winamax is hosting the fourth edition of Mini WSOP (called “Mini Las Vegas” in English) on their French and Spanish network sharing the same player pool.

The 52nd annual World Series of Poker, which is scheduled to start today and run through to November 23, is the first time since inception that the series is being held in the fall.

In 2020, the entirety of the summer series was postponed and only the final table of the $10,000 Championship Main Event was played live later that year. Instead, WSOP.com and GGPoker hosted bracelet events entirely on their online platforms.

Now with the live poker scene slowly making a comeback, the 52nd Annual World Series of Poker will be held after a hiatus of 26 months—and so is the Mini WSOP series on Winamax.

Starting today and spanning through the next nine weeks, 88 events will run—replicating almost exactly the live WSOP series in Las Vegas. As seen in previous years, events will run at similar dates and times as their counterpart WSOP events.

The only change is the buy-ins—which are 100 times cheaper than WSOP live bracelet events.
